I had a really nice stay at the hotel. The rooms were very large and comfortable with superb bedding. The lack of windows or air was a downside, especially for families. The lounge offered a good selection for breakfast and snacks, but above all, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms, one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel, excellent gym, business center, rain showers, pool, sauna, full spa, and a great breakfast restaurant. However, the location could be a bit challenging to access in São Paulo traffic.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were amazing, very clean, and spacious with modern amenities, including cable TV and a mini bar. The bath and shower were awesome. The early check-in option, though at an extra cost, was reasonable. Everything looked clean, felt clean, and smelled clean every single day. I stayed in the 'Grand Suite,' and it was fantastic!
